Senior sessions can easily be a little intimidating. Teenagers nowadays are way cooler than when I was one (not aging myself well, am I?!). Then throw in the likelihood that a parent is making them take portraits they don't feel like spending their time on, and it's the perfect mixture of not-such-great-vibes. Make no mistake, this beautiful in-home family session for Calvin's newborn portraits, was filled with snuggles, sweet tender moments, and the cutest little baby yawns. But I think big Bro stole the show with his firetruck car, and his amazing photography skills on his own little camera while I snapped away on mine. What an honor it is, to capture these first few moments at home for a family. The nights are long, the days even longer, the snuggles are so sweet, and those precious baby fingers...

I look forward to this beautiful family's visit to Florida every year! I love becoming part of a tradition of family photos on vacation. And this year was no different! (Except the kids are so much taller than 12 months ago.)
